i need help as soon as possible as i am without protection now running under windows defender and it already found a virus not sure how serious it is
I AM WORRIED
i want avast again but it's not working anymore i uninstalled it once with revo to try to fix the whole device manager ntis firewall thing i had several of them showing errors tried reinstalling it but the firewall driver failed to install
i then used as suggested the avast removal tool still dosn't work
i can no longer install avast i have a log but it's so long i can't post it here
PLEASE HELP like i said a vitrus was found and i am EXTREMELY worried the virus was called
hacktool win 32 keygen the file was called amtlib.dll
according to mbam the virus was PUP.RiskwareTool.CK
the file was found in a random empty folder i had made i don't know if it's a virus or not i don't recognize the file and from what i can see it relates to photo shop a keygen but i don't use photoshop
please help i am stressing and worrying alot now i can't even install my antivirus
