Title: I need help!!!

ashserv.exe – application error
The instructions at “0x7c910e03” reference memory at “0x00000000”. The memory could not be “written”.
Click on OK to terminate the programme

This keep appearing after shutdown very frequently . What is it? I can't print anymore. And sometime my computer keep shut down by itself

Appreciate your help.

Are you using the latest version of avast, 4.6?

I am using the latest version of avast, 4.6, microsoft antiSpyware is also latest version.

Same problem over here!
Avast 4.6 home edition
Build mar2005 (4.6.623)
Xtreme toolkit version 1.9.4.0
Using Active Skin version 4.2.7.3

Frequently I get this 0x7c910e03 error from ashServ.exe at shutdown. It pops up over the blue shutting down screen.

Often, XP does not power off the machine. Don't know whether this is related to the ashServ problem though.

I have the exact same problem as Anti. Hopefully someone will explane what we have to do to fix it.
