When I try and re-connect my AVAST! Anti-Theft to my existing account, I get the following error: "A server error occurred. Please try again later."
Please fix this.
-
I'm also receiving this error after I disconnected my account to try to fix this other issue: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=121394.0 (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=121394.0)
Please fix this!

3 others have this issue : http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=121416.0 (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=121416.0) ...
It's not specific to Anti-Theft but related to Avast! Mobile registration/reconnection ...!

That was the issue I was trying to fix too! AVAST seems pretty glitchy as of late... hope this gets resolved very very very soon... >:(

I get the same thing, but with one other symptom:
When I log into the Avast website, I cannot access my profile, I get a server error there too (Ooops, something went wrong.... We're trying to fix it).
These two issues are most likely related.
Someone else was mentioning they can't delete devices from their profile, so there's a small chance that might be related as well.

same problem here. cant pair a new device, delete devices from account, nor send commands to device. get "communication with database failed" error when trying to send commands to device from website. hope this gets fixed soon as it was working fine yesterday.
-
we're having an internal server problem. we are working on it.
-
The problem seems to be rectified for me.
Thank you Avast for the relatively quick action.
Cheers!

same here, working again, thanks avast!

Confirmed. Both problems below seem to be fixed as of 4/16/2013 late morning:
1) "A server error has occurred..." issue when linking Anti-Theft and/or Mobile Security to online account (my.avast.com).
2) Issue with online account (my.avast.com) showing Anti-Theft as "NOT INSTALLED" (even though it is installed AND registered to account).
Hopefully they both will stay that way...
