Title: YouTube video stutters and freezes during and after Avast definitions update

When the automatic Avast definitions update kicks in while I am playing a YouTube video in Chrome, the video starts to freeze, stutter and miss frames. This continues even after the update is done, until I have closed and reopened Chrome (which finally clears up the problem).
