Title: Win32 viruses: anything to be worried about?

I have OS X Mountain Lion without any Windows installations (no VMs, etc.). I'm doing a full system scan for the first time and finding a few infected files, all of which are infections beginning in "Win32". I would guess these are Windows viruses that somehow made it onto my machine, but is it possible for them to do harm to my Mac?
