Title: not secured and unrepairable system

My system is listing shields as non existant, will not repair them, and reinstalling does not help.  Do I just delete the thing and consider avast worthless? or is there something I can do?

start avast > box pops up: "system needs to be repaired please authorize yourself" > I do > chuckles to itself for a minute > "system not secured" engine light green, but other three keep flashing green and yellow.

reinstall: same thing
reinstal using admin account : same thing
