I paid for the product and received the license via e-mail. However when I try to open the license, I keep getting the screen shown in the attachment. I submitted a ticket to avast support several days ago, but they have not responded. Can anyone help me?

Give Avast a call. Talk to technical support.

Just a word of caution: Be very wary of the "third party" support techs. There have been many complaints of Preasure Sales and Scare tactics, rather then providing free "effective" tech support. 8)
