I would like to receive only those notifications related to my Avast Free software updates and no others.

Is there any way to do this?

In Avast "settings" (top right of Avast) there is a "Popups" category that allows the user to set popup notifications.

  I think the answer your looking for is to set whichever of these you don't want to 0 seconds....

That won't work, since this is an duration the popup is displayed, 0 isn't a valid input, 1 is the lowest.

That is why we asked for screen shots as there are some pop-ups that it is possible to stop but others that aren't.
