Baixar AdwCleaner daqui para o seu desktop
Executar AdwCleaner e selecione Excluir

Na reinicialização um log será produzido anexe aqui.
Desative temporariamente seu antivirus, antispywares e firewall, para não causar conflitos.
Baixe e salve no desktop. Dê um duplo-clique para executar o Junkware Removal Tool (JRT).

Clique com o direito sobre o JRT.exe e selecione (http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll83/mcristinna/run_as_adm1.png)
A ferramenta comecará o exame do seu sistema. Tenha paciência pois pode demorar um pouco dependendo da quantidades de ítens a examinar.
Ao final, um log se abrirá. É salvo no desktop com o nome de JRT.txt.
Selecione, copie e cole o conteúdo deste log na sua próxima resposta.

Desculpa reviver o post mas tenho o mesmo problema, eu tenho os dois logs porém o forum não deixa eu colocar todo o log de uma vez posso colocar por partes??

Please follow instructions from Jefferson's reply#1. Run AdwCleaner, ShortcutCleaner and JRT.
After that, scan with Malwarebytes.
If you continue to have problems, please open a new topic for yourself.

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
- Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
- If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
- Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
- When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
- Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
- When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
- Please save the log to a location you will remember ( desktop for example ).
- The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
- Copy and paste the entire report in your next reply.
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/) and save it to your desktop.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.- Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
- Press Scan button.
- It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
- The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.
