Title: Stop/Remove Auto Preview in outlok 2003

I don't know why this has suddenly appeared in all my folders in Outlook 2003 but I cannot seem to get rid of it.

Please could anyone advise me how to stop/remove this please?

You haven't told us what "this" is.
If it's a text of mail that appears someplace - do: View > Reading Pane and select OFF.
If it is not, then you have to tell what it is that "suddenly appeared"
