Title: Reinstalling purchased avast s/ware onto new computer - HELP please!

 I have purchased a new computer but am having problems reinstalling avast (purchased) antivirus software into new PC.  Avast have emailed me with a license number, but have not been successful in following their instruction to reinstall paid for avast product.  Any clues from a computer savvy operator would be greatly appreciated, thanks.  Jen

- Which avast!..?? (Pro/IS/Premier)
- Which version..??
- OS..?? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP..?)
- Other security related software installed..??
