Post by: MFB on April 17, 2005, 10:26:51 PM
Okay suppose I didn't turn on my computer for one day and that was the day were a new update for avast was created. On the next day, another new update was created and downloaded to my PC, but do I still get the updates from yesterday when I didn't turn on my computer?

Yes you would, the lasted update would contain all updates on the server. (or in the update package if you download/use that).

Yes, you will always get all updates.

When you click update or when it updates automatically avast will download whatever is missing from your virus database to make it up to date.

Missing updates will only make your next update take longer as there will be more to download.
