Title: "Your subscripton runs out in 30 day the 20 etc down to 24 hours"
Post by: Allan Jung on June 29, 2013, 12:06:04 AM
With 4 days left until June 30, 2013 I called, "since I had renewed on April 18, 2013" and was told everything thing was taken care of and the renewal notices would stop---anyone one want to guess if they stopped ??  Your right they DID NOT.  So with lees than 24 hours remaining ( 5:35 PM EST)  I called the number I was given 4 days ago and talked with "Sergio" ??  who would not put me through to his supervisor, and would do nothing to resolve my problem.  Said it company policy to NOT LET A CUSTOMER TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR,  and that someone will get back to me in 48 hours---lets do the MATH a supervisor will call back in 48 hours, my security will go down in less than 24 hours, therefore I will only be without service for 24 hours minimum.  I highly recommend that employee be terminated during that 24 hours for refusing to meet a customers needs, along with the supervisor he said was sitting nest to him but would not return my call for 48 hours.  I told him if I did not receive a call back with 5 minutes I would call back until I got someone who would respond, during this time I found this Forum and hope someone responsible will do something for this otherwise GREAT service.

I am not sure I understand your request, but I can tell you for sure that the update notice will not stop until renewal occurs, or expiration occurs!
