Title: Why am I getting this worm?

This worm seems to just popup randomly. What is it doing and why am I receiving it?

I suggest you disable System Restore and clean temporary files.

You're not doing anything wrong, you just got a worm...  :P
If you have Windows XP, try a boot time scanning  ;)
