Title: Cannot scan

Hi,

Having problem doing a manual scan of my pc. Error message from Avast is "Unable to start scan. Not enough storage is available to complete this operation".

Also everything I reboot, Avast does not start automatically. Had uninstalled and re-installed but the same occurs.

Running version 8.0.1489. PC running Win7.

Anyone facing the same problems as mine?

What is your OS?
How much RAM?
Any other security software installed?
If uninstalled how was it uninstalled?

Managed to get it to work again.

Did another uninstall, also uninstall my firewall, re-boot and re-installed both Avast and firewall. OK now.

What 3rd party firewall are you using? Did you exclude Avast in this firewall and exclude the firewall in Avast?
