Hi,
I scanned by full system, then scanned by bootime and it report different amount of data:
Full system scanned 158GB
Boot time scanned 211GB
Then I look at my hard disk, there are 27GB in C and 137GB in F, total is 168GB. There is no other drive, only DVD with maximum 4.7GB. How can boot time scanned 211GB?
Regards

i think several problems...
1. you were infected by a "System Volume Information" Virus, so the numbers were wrong(?)
2. there was still unallocated data space left(?)
3. any other drives attached? usb drive maybe? external harddrive?
4. what's the current capacity of you harddrive?
why did you do a boot-scan?
what OS are you using?
what version of avast are you using?

The boot-time scan is a very in depth scan, by default it scans archive files, to scan these the contents are unpacked to a temp location and scanned. So the scanned data and scanned files totals included the files unpacked size of these archives.
