 :-\ after installing avast update ,(automatically) internet explorer will not open links for , games etc.   You get the main page but when you choose a topic the window will not open and doesnt even register that you have clicked on the link.every thing was fine untill my pc said avast has been updated , is this a problem with avast or internet explorer?.

Any help would be appreciated.

What version of avast! are you using? Home or Professional?
Which OS do you have?
Any spyware installed (SpyBot, SpyGuard, SpywareBlaster)?
Is the Script Blocking of avast! turned on?  ;)
