Title: "File cannot be accessed by the system (1920)"

So it appears that Avast recognizes a problem file but cannot do anything w/ it.    There are 11 of these in my last scan; all w/ a common "KB52966" in the file string.   Problem is, XP search cannot find anything w/ "KB52966" in the title.    If Avast sees them but XP doesn't; where are they?    Thanks.

did you just update windows?

reboot computer, do a new scan?.... are they gone?
if not attach a screenshot of scan result
