First of all, it's not a virus. It's a redirect site. You've probably installed a crappy app that causes biz coaching redirects or pop ups. Nothing new here.

You may either remove the offending apps manually:

http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2013/06/remove-bizcoachinginfo-removal.html

Or use AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes.

Actually, do both. Remove the apps and scan your computer with recommended malware removal tools.
