Title: Help!!! I can't recover the password....

Hi to everybody... it's the first time on this forum...
I've recently downloaded avast for android devices.... befor i had used avast for laptop, and i've paid few importance to account... for licensing used the facebook account.
Now with android version  i can't connect avast with facebook credentials, so i've created an account with the same e-mail.
one message of confirmation it should be sent to  my address but no message received! Password doesn't work.. Password recovery does the same story... no message received.
I've checked also the spam but nothing!

How i can solve the problem?

But this is not an android  problem... It's a general problem i can't recover my password... I'ts a web-site problem!!
