Title: just bought internet security after using free version

Having used the free version before, I installed it on my new laptop and after 1 month I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to Internet Security version on special offer of £19.99 instead of £39.99 for one year. I decided I did want to and bought the upgrade. I followed all the instructions and activated the licence as instructed. I now have the new icon on my desktop but it says this is a trial offer for one month only. Why when I bought it for one year and the payment authorisation has been sent to me in email?
