why I buy a feature offered for free in other good products?
switching to another AV...
thx guys you know how to lose customers insist on losing customers..  :( >:(

Hi,

that is your free choice, noone is forcing you. We offer for free what others might have paid, and now we have paid what others might have for free. The decision in our management has been made like that. I'm sorry to see you go, but I can't change that decision and I probably can't change your opinion.

Actually I don't think the Ad Detect feature is the reason of this reaction. IMHO it's just reaction to overall Free and Premium differences. Of course, it is just my opinion as Ad Detect feature is not very important here  :) No hard feelings, but it is sad to hear it, minacross.
