I downloaded Avast Anti Theft a couple of days ago. I thought I set the codes correctly, but never got a confirmation email\text as I thought I should have. Now I can't access my phone! What should I do?
I use a Samsung Galaxy S 2

I tried hard reset. Did not work. I still see the 'enter PUK and new PIN number' screen.

eh PUK and PIN of SIM card are not related to anti-Theft! this is a SIM card issue.
