Title: causes nprotect to crash system

when nprotect launches with RF Online it causes my system to crash, i tried adding the entire folder to ignore/ safe files as well as disabling avast, the only thing that worked was uninstall. i am running avira at the moment but i would much rather have avast back on my system if this can be resolved.
