Title: PhoneLocator Pro detected as false positive
Post by: RickROM on September 30, 2013, 02:07:49 PM
The app PhoneLocator Pro has been installed on my phone for a long time, but now it is reporting as a trojan. It say's "Trojan detected - Android: Pholoc-C [Trj]"... how do I get the application to stop notifying me? I reported it as a false positive multiple times, but it still keeps telling me there is a problem when there isn't. Thanks.

Do you have exact name of the application? Phonelocator Free is not detected at all and Pro is detected as PUP (potentially unwanted program).

It says PhoneLocator Pro v5.1, com.rvo.plpro

Hello,
this application has permission to lock your phone. Thats why is detected but it has been changed to PUP. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Have a nice day!
