Avast found this threat and it said high priority.
programdata\...>AcroRd32.exe threat win32:Dropper-gen{drp}
I tried to copy it just like it read.
Do I remove it, delete it, move to chest or give step by step on how to resolve it.
What exactly is it?
Thanks

open and in use by another application.

hmmm. Try Safe Mode.
Also, when you reply here for Logs look at the middle of your screen of to the right. You'll see Attachments and other options. Click that then chose the file. For more then 1, just below the chose your file there is a button saying more attachments. Click that. I will notify Pondus to get Essex or someone. Thanks for the patience.
Note: Most Anaylsts or in bed right now I believe (Most are in the UK I think). So it'll be a while till they get online to help you.

Thanks for the link. I come from here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=136427.msg998188#msg998188 (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=136427.msg998188#msg998188)
It's readily apparent that you've got issues beyond Adobe Air not installing that are serious enough to warrant the help of a certified malware expert. Help is coming as soon as he/she picks up your thread.
Only make the changes suggested by the malware expert and no other.
I suggest to not make any more or further changes to your system unless told to do so by your malware expert. Hold off on these changes you wish to make until you've been given the all clear from your expert, and please be patient, as this process may take some time to complete. Making system changes to what we call a dirty system is really a waste of time, and will hamper your malware experts' efforts to cleanse your system. Our motto here is to 'do no harm to a victim's system'.
You'll need to run these four programs:
- AdwCleaner
- Malwarebytes
- OTL
- aswMBR.exe
You'll find these four programs here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0)
You need to attach all four logs that result from running each program in your next reply. Once that is done, I will contact a certified malware expert to help you.
BTW, you did good in pasting this url link from the other thread, certainly is ok to do that.
