Title: Avast mail shield blocking telstra business email in Outlook 2011

I have just spent 2 hrs on the phone with Microsoft working through an issue with a Outlook 2011 update where it turns out that the Avast mail shield was blocking the email from Telstra Business account.  It seems that mail Shield is blocking the server mail.pm.telstra.com.  Avast needs to look at this but in the mean time if you turn of mail shield or list it in the Exclusions it will work again.
