Title: Avast 2014 stuck in SafeZone on Windows 8.1
Post by: djriful on October 19, 2013, 07:17:20 PM
I am currently typing on the SafeZone browser and I am unable to get out of the SafeZone. I read there suppose to have an arrow near the clock... none! Nothing

Just +Bookmark new application [CLOCK]..

I don't see any arrows.

You can also click the icon bottom left on the task bar to open and close the browser but the "X" and "-" buttons on the top right of the safe zone itself both just close it down.  I think there are still a few bugs with this.

Hi djriful,
I had this problem during the Release Candidate but was fixed for me in the final version. Are you using the final version (2014.9.0.2006)?

Anyway, if you are stuck, you can use Alt-Ctrl-Del to get out of SafeZone.

Same version, I don't see any X button or anything at the corner at all. I'm on 2560x1440 resolution.

Properly then same bug which affects you then. Don't use safezone, until they have fixed it.
