Title: avast! Backup and error 255 while backing up

From the last time, avast! Mobile Backup improved a lot in terms of percentage of sucessfull items.
Now, when I'm on 99% of backup, I got the error: "A general backup error occurred (Return code is 255)".
I've tested a lot of times and cannot know, exactly which file is causing it.
Is there a log?
Can anybody help?

This had happened to me and could not find an answer. I finally fixed it by dis-connecting my avast account in the backup and then dis-connected my avast account in the Avast Mobile Security. Then all I did was reconnected the Avast Mobile security and the Backup to my Avast account again and it was able to backup with no issues.

Un- and relinking user account couldn't help. I'm still receiving error code 255. It only occurs when apps are selected to be synced.

Only therefore I invested in the premium account. And exactly THIS functionality won't work. So, please, dear avast support team, help! :-/

That could very well be the problem as well as the answer.
They are constantly in use, checking for changes.
Stop the synchronization and try to backup.
