Title: How to Uninstall Avast

I have seen there is a tool for it
But that needs Safe Mode startup
I could not enter Safe Mode on my Win XP

Have you tried using the Avast Removal Tool in the normal mode of Windows XP?  It should prompt you to reboot.  It reboots in Safe Mode, automatically.

Try this (http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avastclear.exe). pogo5 is correct the uninstaller will automatically reboot into safe mode.
