Title: Help avast has blocked it self

Since I payee for my security  in September my computer now freezes avast  has now gone off even though it states im cover till Sep14 I cannot not do any thing HELP

- OS..?? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP..?)
- Other security related software installed..??
- Which AV(s) did you use before avast!..??
