hi,
after upgrading to windows 8.1 and avast 9.0 I noticed fluctuating torrent downloads
I ran the glasnost İSp throttling test with avast enabled and the result said that the data was too nosy to see if my isp was limiting my download traffic
I tried with avast disabled same result
then I removed avast and tried and the result came up ok
and the fluctuation issues somewhat resolved when I removed avast
I tried setting utorrent.exe as a global exception however it doesn't change the result
I also noticed that my CPU fan runs almost constantly when utorrent and avast are running
this brings me to the conclusion that avast somehow interfeers with utorrent
is there any way around this
p.s i'm using the latests stable avast
