Title: another backup problem: google drive authentication is invalid

just posted prior problem with one backup issue.  now have another backup problem. one of my twin girls' cell phone gave a notification on the pulldown shade that her "google drive authentication is invalid."  But when i logon to the avast backup app, and go to "settings", and select "google drive account", it says that "google drive is already configured and ready to use."  her sister's cell phone did not give this error message, so i'm not sure what to do now?
