Title: Adobe flash and avast 2014
Post by: zorgon on November 25, 2013, 09:03:06 PM
Just wanted to note that on avast 2014, Adobe would not let me uninstall flash until avastui was stopped. Never had this problem with avast 8.

Did you had your browser (or anything else) open when trying to uninstall?
I have no problems at all between them.

No, no browser open, in fact Flash uninstaller will tell you if a browser is open and force you to close it. I had to disable avast in order for the uninstall to finish. Maybe just a fluke. I will try again when the new flash player comes out which I figure shouldn't be very long.  ;)

It sure does look like a bit was trying to get from 0 to 1 (growing up)  ;D
Please let us know what happens with the newest version.
