Hi
I am hoping to get some help tried the web page and FAQ but I cannot seem to be able to retrieve my old license , my P.C crashed and I lost everything, panicked took it to a computer repair shop , they put windows 7 on , but i lost all my old stuff on p.c including avast
Avast say they dont recognise my e.mail but it is the one I used previously as I would get updates via that e.mail addy, but i really want to reactivate my avast that I previously had on.
I have asked for a new license to be resent but if they dont recognise e.mail I am stuck
Help would be appreciated
