Title: my advast went unsecured

my advast went unsecured, then when I hit fix now. I get the message:do you want the the following program to make changes to your computer. I  click yes, and it pops up again then finally nothing happens.

have you tried avast repair?
controlpanel > ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall/change > repair option ..... wait a minute and reboot

any change?

I tried the repair, got the message error processing packages please do full update...Did the full update got error message "There was an error while changing the product configuration.

 cc cleaner and Malwarebytes, but malwarebytes will not un install

CCleaner is not a Security program .... and Malwarebytes should work fine with avast so no need to uninstall it, but strange that at will not if you have tried

follow this guide and attach (not copy and paste) OTL diagnostic log  http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
when done a log expert will have a look inside

did you use AVG before avast?
you also seem to have lots of crap files that need removing.... essexboy will do that   ;)

Hi quite a lot of junk there.  Also could you uninstall AVG search

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot
