Title: Can't Log in to Avast settings.
Post by: SpecOp3 on December 01, 2013, 06:26:14 PM
I'm currently running Avast! Free protection and I can log in here and on the regular Avast! site but everytime I click settings on Avast! itself, it says my password is incorrect with no way to change it.

I'd also like to know how to add urls to the block list as I have a pop up showing up on every other click. Even when I pressed login here it pops up!

Your "my avast" account is completely separate from the forums.
Have you created a "my avast" account?

GUI>Settings>Active Protection>Site Blocking  :)

About the only two other things I can think of are a repair and contact avast.

Repair...Control Panel>Uninstall a Program a Program>double click "avast">click "repair">reboot

If that doesn't work...

Or contact avast using this form (http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php) in the subject line select "website issues".
