I work in tech support for the website Behance.net. We have received a ton of reports that users cannot see images on our site, and it looks like every single user that has "blocked" images is using your antivirus software. We have had reports from both Windows and Mac users, on Firefox, Chrome & Safari.
This is an urgent issue and the common denominator is your browser extension.
Have you heard of users reporting blocked images with your antivirus software? How can we prevent this?
Speak with you soon
-
if those users turn off webshield, does it work then?
-
Do you mind specifying what that is and how you turn it on?
-
if they right click avast tray icon there is a option to pause shields
-
What browser and OS are you on? I don't see that option in Chrome on a Mac
-
on Mac i have no idea ... on PC, tray icon in lower right corner beside the clock
i am on ipad. ;)
-
No blocks for me here.
@Pondus: On Macs the Avast Icon is on the top right, left to the clock.
