Avast has worn out its welcome,
After having been a highly satisfied customer of avast for many years, I'm just about to change to someone else .
you are causing me heaps of grief !
avast and It's "SAFE ZONE" will not let me log onto, and is interfering with my internet banking. What a crap addition to what was once a simple and free service. I'd like my money back, but i imagine there is fat chance of that... you are becoming fat and bloated with all your bells and whistles...
And apparently stupid as well. after being forced to register for this blog, and having to go through all the captcha s**t I'm asked to confirm through my email. Told if there were any delays to check my spam folder... and I thought i had a paid spam filter! What a pain in the arse.
has any body got any suggestions for a lighter less complex av program ?

Sorry, but there isn't anything complex about avast!. Almost all of the time, the default settings do an excellent job
of keeping you safe.
"Safe Zone" was never free. Since I use the free version of avast!, it's also a feature I've never used. :)

If he's so concerned about spam, why didn't he hide his email? ???
