Title: setup gui.dll was not initialized successfully error message

Has anyone experienced an error message when installing Avast manually that displays an error message that says "setup gui.dll was not initialized successfully. setup cannot continue". This is displayed as a popup error window. Setup appears to complete successfully despite this error message. Does anyone know what causes this error and if it is an error to be concerned about?

Our network is 700+ machines and I have seen this many times. The install seems to be fine. I have closely monitored clients that have displayed this error and have found no differences during actual use to clients that installed "correctly." Why this is happening, I have no idea, but for me the error occurs on older, slower laptops installing over a WAP.
