Title: Need serious help with Avast Mobile Backup

I got the premium version of Avast Mobile Backup and Restore. Backed up everything on my Samsung S3. Something on the phone messed up and it had to be "hard reset". So since I have this avast app - figured no problem. Went to myavast.com and my account, went thru the menu to get to where you click on it to "Restore" and "Send" to restore the stuff to the phone. Problem is that it won't do anything. I keep getting error messages saying "command timed out" and "internal server error".
Don't know why I paid $15 for this app if I can't get my stuff back on my phone  >:(  Somebody help please??!!

Got one return email from 2 support tickets and 2 e-mails to helpdesk@avast . And it did not help at ALL - told me to go to the app and hit this and that and it would restore. Yeah right - it will restore anything backed up AFTER I RE-INSTALLED IT - but not the stuff I had backed up before I had to wipe the phone. SO I can go to myavast.com and all my previous stuff is there - but when I go through the process it won't restore because every time I get "command timed out" no matter if on wifi or mobile network. So this thing is basically JUNK and it seems that nobody at avast gives a CRAP. I called - they told me to submit a support ticket online. I did that. 12 hrs later no reply. Posted on here. NO REPLY. Submitted second support ticket. Finally got a reply - but the guy obviously didn't read what I sent - because his "fix" will work only if you didn't have to re-install the app (which I did). Sent a reply email to that one - no answer. 5 hours later - sent another reply e-mail complete with a screen shot of what it did when I tried to restore it. Now 18 hrs later and no replies to ANY of it. I have been a faithful user and advocate of avast products since they first came out - and now NOBODY is willing to help me fix their app that I PAID FOR???  >:( >:( >:(

Sorry for late answer - could you please assure, that your device is connected to the account you used for backup and the Google Drive account is set up? Thanks..
