Title: Configuring the firewall in Avast Internet Security 9.0.2011

Put AIS 9.0.2011 instead of AIS 9.0.2008, now the computer does not seem slow, but in the firewall settings can not find the tab "Application rules".
There are firewall settings tab next - " Firewall Policy ", but the page "Application rules" on which there is a link I can not find . There is only "system rules" and "rules for packet filtering", tab "Application rules" no . Can anyone tell me where it is and whether it is at all?

Have you rebooted since the update ?
If not do so, if you have it may need to be rebooted a time or two.

If that doesn't work try a repair of avast:
XP - Add Remove programs, select 'avast! Anti-Virus,' click the Change/Remove button and select Repair, click next and follow.

Vista, win7 - Control Panel, Programs & Features, uninstall a program, select 'avast! Anti-Virus,' click the Uninstall/Change and select Repair, click next and follow.

You may need to reboot after the repair.

Thanks, already understood. Interface is different from the AIS 8.0, so this page is not found immediately. However, it is still a feeling that the firewall does not work very correctly - Opera is loaded, then no. Tried to change the parameters of the rules for the Opera, still somehow not very stable.
