I just did and it's no longer showing that.  After rebooting this popped up. Don't know what it means.

Since you're only showing a small portion of the full path to the file,
There is no way to tell what that file belongs to.
It's something that runs at startup but you're the only one who can supply more needed information about the file.
If it's safe, add it as an exception and allow it to run. If you don't know what it is, give us more information.

I do use the service, just never got the popup before.  I did add it as an exception.

Live and learn which is what avast! needs to do. You certainly can't expect avast! to know all of the programs that are out there....  :)

Why paying for a online backup when there are free options?
There is e.g. Google drive (and others) and you can backup data on e.g. a dvd-rw.
