avast 9.0.2011 free

Virtual box's machine config-->
RAM= 1 GB
HDD=15 GB (AHCI)
OS=WIN 7 SP1 X86
WIN DEFENDER=OFF
WIN FIREWALL=ON
UAC=OFF
OTHER SOFTWARE INSTALLED = NO

i was just trying to install avast in the VM,
it was a custom install with no component selected.
but setup freeze my VM saying "starting kernel driver: aswSnx"
i searched and found it is "avast! Virtualization Driver".
further i forced shutdown the VM,
start it in safe mode, run avast cleanup tool. clean it,
restart in normal mode, run "rejzor cleanup tool" as well.
also open "device manager" check if any hidden culprit driver left.
open avast setup but again it freeze at same point.

i also want to mention that avast 9.0.2011 free running fine in my WIN XP sp3 virtual box machine.

what is missing.... Is "aswSnx.sys" causing thiS.?
anyone running avast 9 in Virtual box+Win 7 sp1 x86 ?

I run it in Virtualbox but it's Win 7 x64. No problems there.
