Hallo!
Wenn using online banking I aways get the recommendation to change into the Avast safe Zone. I tried to do so, but except the message that the website is not available (reload did not work) and further on a total system crash no success. Also adding the web address of the online banking login page to the list of web addresses within AVast did not work, there was no automatic transfer to the safe zone when starting online banking, in fact there was no reaction at all.
Good idea but obviously not working as described.

So, if you add the address to the GUI>Tools>Safe Zone page and clicking the arrow on the left, it does not open that page in the Safe Zone browser? It works for me.
