Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/) and save it to a flash drive.
In the next menu, use the arrow keys on the keyboard to highlight Command Prompt and press Enter.
Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please attach it to your reply.

Then, you'll need to burn it...

You can download ISO from here

http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-59465.iso

Then just burn it using ImgBurn. http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/topic/254149-how-to-burn-an-imageiso-file-using-imgburn/
