Title: Anybody get their full time on renewing ?

Has anybody managed to get their full subscription back after renewing their license ? I had 29 days left on my subscription when I renewed to stop the annoying reminders  .
When I inserted my new license file it gave me my new year but wiped the month I had left. I sent a report to support and got a ticket # but after a week that is all.
This happened before and I was promptly sent a new license file .

Try contacting Sales using the on-line contact form, http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles (http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles), giving as much information as possible on the previous and current license, they should correct it.
