Title: Can't Restore contents from avast backup

Hello team avast,
I was using both avast backup and restore and Avast Mobile security. But my phone was factory resetted now when i am visiting my.avast.com it is saying avast backup is not installed. However i ran a backup two days  back. Don't know how to get my data back?

Hi,

well, you have to have Backup installed on the device you want to restore to :)
