Title: Geen hotmail met Avast free antivirus

Hallo,

Ik ben nieuw met Avast free antivirus. Alleen ben ik er achter gekomen dat na de installatie Hotmail en ad.nl het onder andere niet meer doen. Als ik avast verwijder doen die sites het weer.
Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?
Ik gebruik Internet Explore 11. Bij google chrome en Firefox doen deze sites het wel met de virus scanner.

Wie heeft er tips?

Beide sites werken zonder problemen met de gratis versie van avast.
Ik vermoed dat je je oude anti-virus software niet eerst volledig verwijderd hebt voordat je avast installeerde.
Verwijder die eerst:

en voer vervolgens een reparatie uit van avast als het probleem er dan nog is.

Hij doet het nog steeds niet. Als ik de pagina opnieuw laad doet hij het wel...

Je hebt dus je oude anti virus verwijderd nu?
Zo ja, doe dan nu het volgende:
1. Download Avastclear, Rejzors uninstall tool and the appropriate Avast program edition

Note : You need to be ONLINE during the install (sometimes online installer works whereas offline doesn't)

2. Uninstall Avast by control panel  [If you don't have Avast in control Panel go to #4]
3. Uninstall in safe mode using Avastclear.
4. Run Rejzors Uninstall Utility in Normal Mode (removes traces avastclear doesn't) - reboot.
5. Install the version you downloaded.
6. Reboot.
