My girlfriend's laptop got infected before I could get Avast! onto it.  Do we know how to remove the file yet?

virus and false positives should be posted in viruses and worms forum section....

at top in that section you find a logs guide, attach the requested  logs and removal help will arrive

Yes it can be removed..  Post the logs and we will sort it out :)
